I have a friend who is trying to get access to Info-VAX. He has a VAX/VMS and is buying an HP/UNIX with TCP/IP software soon. He wants to know what the requirements are for getting an ARPA connection and how to go about obtaining them. He wants to know: - How to receive Info-VAX mail on ARPA (or other nets) on both machines? - What are the costs involved? - What software does he need on his VAX/VMS? - What software does he need on his HP/UNIX machine?
