A PD RATFOR to FORTRAN translator was part of the CP/M UG library.  I
believe that it can still be obtained from the SIG/M library, or downloaded
from their BBS.  It may not be complete enough, but it is still available.
(It probably worked with the Microsoft CP/M FORTRAN, which was FORTRAN 66.
