The make utility of Manx 3.4a seems EXTREMELY buggy. I have a program with 17 modules. The compiles run, but when it comes time to link, I get guru messages (e.g. 00000004.0000a708 - sometimes the first part is different; also got 00000004.0001e640. By very slow experimentation (frequent warm boots) I've determined that either a) a dependency on more than 16 files causes trouble, or b) the order of inclusion of .o files is to blame. Both ln and lb cause the problem - actually I think it's the dependency line, not the command line that is not being handled properly. Has anyone else encountered this problem and is there a fix or a work-around? Anyone from Manx listening? Jack Orenstein
