One of the nicer things they did say the new package will include is an updated assembler that can handle the C= include files. They have done a lot of work on the assembler to make it more usable as a standalone program and apparently fixed Blink to the point where it will now do everything Alink can do but faster (including true overlays). I'm hoping they did some work on the libraries which seem to be the weakest link of the compiler.
