I called my dealer and he said to check the serial number to see what
upgrade applies:

	Serial Number starts with		Needs
	-------------------------		-----

		< 704				New ROM & VGC
	   705 - 724 inclusive			New ROM only
		>= 725				No upgrades needed

	So those of you who haven't yet received a postcard can see
	if you SHOULD get one.....
