Folks,

	I am sorry to report that I've found 375 failed mail messages in
my mailbox today.  Most of these are due to serious mailer and
nameserver problems here at BRL which are driving people crazy.  A few
bugs have been found and repaired.  Please bear with us; good folks are
working on the problem, but the mailer/nameserver "wizard" has left
government service for much greener pastures.
