I am posting this for a friend who doesn't have net access. Note also the
'ut' distribution (i.e. this isn't propogating to the world so don't flame
me).

My friend has this newsgroup forwarded to him. He has a uudecode, but not an
arc program. Could someone mail one to me for him (one that runs on the atari).

Also, he wonders if there are any good ATARI BBS's out there, phone numbers
would be appreciated.
