Well, Here's one I can answer. :-)
Put your arc program on the destination drive and pass the usual arguements
(including the source drive of the arc'ed file) to it.
For example: To deARC a file from ramdisk C: to drive A:
   arc xh C:\myfile.arc
(Remember, the ARC program is on drive A:)
Simple.
