It did say that it was a box that would attach to the ST and disk drive and it would automatically switch back and forth between ST and Mac "modes". It would also work with the internal drive on the 1040ST. Sounds really neat... As for pricing, I got my Mac for $135 including ROMs... Whoops, I mean Magic Sac +. There is no release date (yet) for the disk drive transformer, hence, no vaporware. However, they have said that it is almost done... As a side note, I got some PD printer drivers for the Epson MX, FX, and QX for the Mac. I use the FX printer driver with my Panasonic KX-P1091 printer and it works great!
