Keywords: escape seq. to enable/disable letter quality

Help -- I would like to know the escape sequences to put the LA100 into/out_of
letter quality mode ??  I would like to control the mode via the application.
The commands to control the lines/inch, characters/line, line/page, etc.. are
identical to the LA120 (of which we have the programmers book for), but some-
how, we never acquired a copy of the LA100 programmers manual.
