How to write mouse based programs ?
How do I write mouse interfaces from C programs ?
Is there a common standard followed by all the mice in the market ?
Is there a book in the market which discusses such issues ?
I have Joe Campbell's book  "Crafting C tools for the IBM PC" but it is
silent about mice.
