Argentina Lines: 21 Keywords: Everex compatibility Summary: Have problem with IO_RDY line. I have been testing an Everex 1800 AT and all was ok till i put a board (actually an Ethernet driver) that uses IO_RDY to insert wait-states while doing a memory refresh (on the board's memory) The actual effect is the AT not booting. If you disable the IO_RDY line on the board, all is ok but the board that (curiously ;-) refuses to do it's job. I've tried the board on IBM's and other compatibles and works ok; I've also tried Everex' AMI BIOS on an IBM AT with the board and that also works! Reducing Everex speed to 6MHz didn't. Any suggestions?
