People with mail only access should be aware that the SIMTEL20 mail server
has been shut down.  This was noted on this network several weeks ago by
Frank Wancho.  He said that they had to shut down the server because it was
receiving an overwhelming number of requests.  FTP access to SIMTEL20
continues to be available.
