First, thank you to all who replied.  I have gotten ~15 replies in two
days, and the decision is unanimous.
The recommendations are:
    SuperKey by Borland
    ProKey
Someone has promised to send me ProKey by e-mail (I think that's the
PD program he's sending, no copyright flames please...) so please
don't feel obliged to do the same.
