I stopped by Fry's Elec. for a bit and while perusing the Mac software shelf, I saw a stange box, well actually a sleeve for a box, on the top shelf. What is the sleeve for, dBase-Mac. It looked interesting from the sleeve, but the box, the software, the manuals; no where to be found. The employees were as helpful as ever; "huh, oh, let me check the shelf (like I hadn't), uh, I don't know, let me go ask Floyd..." Floyd is the localized black hole that sucks up service people looking for answers. Gad, I hate that place. For a place that's supposed to have everything, my wife says they don't have tissues, not even a mini kleenex pack. Floyd told her so. :-( AHHHHHHHHHHHH!!! Sorry, just had to get that out of my system. I guess Fry's is ok if you just want to pick up a few memory chips; "no help, please." So, has anyone seen dBase-Mac. And congratulations to the guy who received Word3.01 today. You won. :-) -- "Plan for the future because that's where you Howard C.
