It's a decent book, but be aware that posting the sources to the net without
the permission of the authors/publishers would be a violation of copyright
(no, lets not start another copyright war, please!).  I know that Zigurd
is (or was) on the net -- perhaps if he's listening he can find his sources
and post them?
