Where does one find information on the Extended Keyboard? For instance,
what char codes do the function keys return, etc. (IM V?) Also, anyone know
of any utilities, etc. to remap the function keys? Rumor had it that
the function keys were fully configurable, but I can't find anything
to that effect in any of the manuals. F1-F4 are labeled Undo,Cut,Copy,
Paste but they do NOT seem to generate Command-Z,X,C,V events as one
would expect.
