TN 147 in the July supplement says ( in effect ) that in the future
the default Get Info will be taken from the String contents of the
Creator Resource.

Since many developers have long been in the habit of placing their
copyright notice in this otherwise unused location it seems like
a VERY good move for developers.

Hooray! No more empty Get Info boxes on rebuild of desktop.

Unfortunately they didn't say when.

P.S.

They also said ( in effect ) that action Icons, like Red Ryder's, and my
own Fpack, will look CRUMMY on a color desktop. Beware! (Pity)
