Actually, to be devils advocate a bit, the fullwrite ads came out for about two months the first time they thought they were going to be ready to ship, went away, and are back again now that they think they're going to be ready to ship again. I don't think that's slimy (if they'd done 8 months of advertising straigh, though.... but they didn't).
