Does anyone have, or know where I can get software which will 
convert a standard raster ( binary, column first ) image to
a MacPaint image.  FreeWare would be best, or if someone knows
how I can write a quickie program to do this ( I have MacPascal
and MS-BASIC 1.0 & 2.0 ), or just even display it, then I could
simply command-shift-4.
