It is possible that some people miss out on stuff by not reading the READ ME
file, but sometimes it is STUPID to use the Installer program (a severely
brain damaged program in my opinion). Have you ever tried to use the 
Installer on a single drive Mac Plus ? I gave up after about 45 disk swaps,
this on a computer that is user friendly ;-). I had hoped that good 
programming by Apple would have used the 1 Meg RAM that's in the Plus. Maybe
they don't provide single disk machines to their programmers (Do CRAY's come
in a single drive configuration ;-)). On a one drive machine it makes a lot
more sense to just copy the System and Finder and reinstall the Fonts, DA's
etc.
