The Mac II Palette manager is described in Inside Mac Volume V, but the
interface files are hard to come by (they were not in MPW 2.0 Beta and
are not in the LSC 2.11 update, but they ARE in MPW 2.0 Release).

Could some kind sole send me any form of the Palette Manager Interface
(including trap numbers: MPW Pascal interface comes to mind)?  I think
some of the parameters differ from those listed in IM Vol. V.
