A friend of mine bought a Hazeltine 2000 terminal and printer,
at a computer-fest, for me.

In addition to not knowing some of the function keys, I've
discovered that the terminal prints only in upper-case.

What I'm looking for is one(or more) of the things listed
below:

        *  Owner's and/or a service manual

        *  Information on how to modify the terminal
           so that it will print in lower-case

        *  Information on what the function keys do

Any help you can give me would be appreciated.
