You connect the output to your stereo's preamp. Demodulator: a device for converting RF to baseband video and baseband audio. Connect the video output to a (composite) video monitor, and the audio to either a speaker or an amplifier/speaker system. (If it spits out RGB then it's also a decoder. But is it RY-BY or I-Q?)
