I live in EST time zone. (Therefore TZ is EST5EDT ok?) Sequence: - boot at say 13:00 and set the date - shutdown a couple of days later then reboot say the day after Problem: - when the reboot occurs, the date is exactly 12 hours behind It really isn't much of a problem to change the date, but something seems bogus here. By the way I'm new to the net, and have had my ICM for about 1 year. I am running with Emulex MT-02, and MD-01 controllers, Seagate St-4051 hard disk and Archive Tape. I fit the whole thing into a PC/XT compatible flip-top case (modified), less rails and added a muffin fan. Still runs hot though, so I was thinking of adding a liquid-nitrogen cooling system :-). I use it quite regularly at home, and lately have ported tons of net sources. Why?, why not! I know, expensive toy, but it got me my job! One more question. Are there any other ICMers in the Ottawa area? -- "I don't have Bell Cellulaire, but I have Usenet!" H: (613) 829 8051 B: (613) 725 5411 mnetor!dciem!nrcaer!xios!todd
