We have the Berkeley fonts here. We have Ultrix and Sun. We have troff, ditroff ( from Elan), and transcript. (we also have TeX - but I'm not a TeXie :-) We have several LaserWriters ( no LaserWriter+ yet) How can I use one of the raster fonts with the LaserWriter? I mean, can someone send me a program/script/procedure/example that explains/does this step by step? ( I do realize that the font's can't be real PostScript scalable fonts).
