I am having the following problem in using refer.
I use: refer -e -n -sA+T -p database paper
and I have the macro
.[
$LIST$
.]
at the end of my paper.
However duplicate references (i.e. the same reference called several times
throughout the paper) are not collapsed into a single one.
How can I fix that?
I'm using the -ms and the refer packages on a Sun workstation.
