Help!
I am trying add 8 ports to a PDP11 BSD2.9 Unix.
We have added a new DEC 'DZ11' tty controller/interface/multiplexer.
When entering multiuser mode I get errors (something like
     tty08 can't be opened)
even tho' a working terminal etc is connected.
Is there a limit on the numbers of ttys?
Is there a special rule about ttys connected to different DZ11s?
Can some one send me a smple `ls -l /dev` for a 2 tty controler system?
Can anyone send me a sample of a /etc/dtab for a system with two DEC tty
    IO controllers/multiplexers?
