Please post a summary of the responses you get. I asked the question some time back (I'd only heard of Ubackup and Reel Backup until now). I got one response back, and it was a favorable review of Ubackup. I think Ubackup does most of what you ask for, but it uses tar format -- which I infer to mean that it has tar's pathname limit of 100 characters, and that's not acceptable in my environment (some of our users love deep trees AND long nodenames).
