   We have just installed patches 4-8 and I am having trouble
getting rnews to unbatch.  I create a batched article and fed it to
rnews:

#! rnews xxx
headers, text of article

   I use rnews -p filename

   The error message I get is:
inews: <1300@pucc.Princeton.EDU> rejected: no text lines

   If I remove the #! rnews line from the article to treat it
as unbatched news, then the article is processed ok.
   I don't have UNBATCH defined.  I've tried defining it to "rnews"
and also to "unbatch" but they didn't seem to help.
