The VAX at sickkids will be converting to 4.3 later this month, beginning
August 20.  We expect to be down for at least a day, probably two, and if
we have unexpected problems (which we fully expect to have!), possibly for
three or four.  I'll repeat this message a couple days before the actual
event ...
