Lines: 16 Keywords: TTL, pullups Summary: CCD driver/controller Does anyone have experience, or know where information can be found about, using a chip to controll a Charge Couple Device - preferably 256 by 256 monochrome - and yield digital output? The desired output would be 8 bits/pixel at <= 3 microseconds/pixel average. It wouldn't matter if the CCD and chip were a set, as long as it isn't outrageously expensive. If there is no such controller, does anyone have recommendations about the simplest CCD to use, and what A/D will let me unload the CCD to ram inless than 1/5 of a second? Any suggestions, or sources of further information will be greatly appreciated. Mike Finegan Electrical & Computer Engineering University of Cincinnati (513) 475-2055 ...hal!uccba!ucece1!finegan
