As I see it, he's doing you a favour. And what's the response? He gets called names, his professional competence is questioned. Is this how you treat people who do you favours? Sheesh! For all who're so upset about not getting Stallman to write their software for them, hey, port the software yourself if you have the balls, else shut up.
