Does anybody know any articles written about "alerters"?
(I may not be using the correct term.)  An alerter is
a mechanism in a database to alert a user when certain
data has changed in the database.  I am working on this
subject for my Master's Thesis and have so far had no
luck on finding any articles of research being done in
this area.
