I'll admit that it has been probably close to four or five years since
I've had to work with Oracle.  We had over 120 reported bugs and some
were quite serious.  Customer support was, as I said, underwhelming.
I've seen companies turn around (notably places like Wollengong) in
short periods of time than that, so I hope that the new "Oracle" company
is much better.
