View, CA Lines: 9 I do remember one particularly nice type of connector locks from a company called Positronics. We used these circa 1979 at a place I worked previously. The worked easily and reliably, were robust, and seemed to have none of the problems of the incredibly sleazoid slide-locks that are used on too much Ethernet equipment.
