The moderator lives! I have been busy of late and haven't
had time to do telecom, but I am back and now should have no
trouble doing it.

USENET people who are appending the appropriate command to let
their messages publish without moderator may find themselves
all alone to themselves, with TELECOM@BU-IT.BU.EDU as a separate
list.
