I had an undergrad here ask me about what graduate programs in the West are particularly strong in compilers (theory and implementation). My response was that any sufficiently large program is likely to be strong in those areas, but I admitted to begging the question. How about it? Can people make specific recommendations? If possible, please Email reponses, I'll post a summary if there is enough interest. Be prepared to justify your recommendation (or just go ahead and justify it). Thanks!
