Termcap does not say that my terminal has a key which can be held down to make other keys send their codes sandwiched between C-A and C-M, nor how I would like that kludge around into a fake meta key. It does not tell what my 64 programmable keys send by default, nor how to program them to send something different. Termcap does not mention my "back tab" key or the two extra lines above and below the 24 line screen. Matt Crawford
