   I am looking for information on the National Institute for Software
Quality and Productivity Inc.  Has anyone ever attended a conference
which was sponsored by this orgranization?  Was the conference
beneficial?  I am specifically interested in the Software Testing
and Validation conference.  Any input on the quality of conferences
sponsored by this organization will be appreciated.
