Ha ha, I never thought of it that way :-) On the appropriateness of names: why did Wirth name his Modula-2 machine after a female demon, Lilith, who supposedly ate children? Oh, excuse me, there is a another subject I wanted to bring up. What has all this Ada/COBOL/Babbage/370 stuff got to do with C, anyway? Not much. Let's try to keep our postings a little more germane to the discussion of the C language. Before I get a string of "pot calling the kettle black" messages, I'll admit I'm guilty of this myself.
