Does anyone know of any Lisps for VMS machines that have run-time 
packages or let one create binaries and use them.  I am looking for 
one for a company that doesn't want to be concerned with the lisp
itself but with a package being developed in lisp that they would use
as a tool on their VMS machines (local-use only).  Any information
will be useful.  Mailing me will probably be better than cluttering 
up the net.
