The recently posted DEFINITION MODULEs of the proposed standard
IO library of the BSI (version WG/2.0, which follows Cox's 6.0)
are available for anonymous FTP during non-business hours on
bugs.nosc.mil in directory pub/Modula/BSIWG2.0 .  Directory
pub/Modula/BSICox6.0 has the DEFINITION and IMPLEMENTATION MODULEs
from an earlier version (for the Unix Tartan compiler).
