                  HOW MUCH DOES EMAIL SAVE?

I am looking for information about the net effects of introducing
Electronic Mail/CBMS/CSCW on the running costs of a University,
or similar organisation.

Obviously, it depends what parameters you choose to measure.
What have others chosen to measure, why, and what answers do they
come up with?

Can anyone help?
