I am looking for a cheap and reliable way to e-mail text and binary between
Seattle and Great Britain.  Any and all ideas for linking Macs and PCs across
the Atlantic Lake will be greatly appreciated.  I assume something like
CompuServe is going to be expensive but background data on gateways and
