That's mighty nice of you to allow us to talk about a particular topic.
Phone phreaking may be illegal, but it is not illegal, nor immoral,
nor in bad taste to tell people about it.  Just to do it.

Has something happened to the right of Freedom of Speech that we
aren't allowed to talk about?
