Just before everyone runs out to download this from ncc...

I will *not* be bringing down 870829.0. Instead I am waiting for the
next release with the UNIX support as this is the environment I'm
building "APSSNet" on (a Convergent MightyFrame). If anyone else plans
on working with this under System V please let me know so we can share
war stories.

I will post an announcement once the new version is available from ncc.
