In trying to use it, I'm getting an error message that is confounding me. Fix responds: Fatal: cannot read for any file I try to patch. This error occurs on the first fopen in fix.c. A perror inserted above the exit gives the error: "Not enough core." I've checked file permissions, etc, and have found nothing. Simple test programs using fopen seem to work fine. So why does fix fail when it attempts to do an fopen? Has anybody seen this problem? (BTW, I'm using a IBM PC, 640K, 5Mb disk partition, lots of free space, etc.) ...bruce Bruce K. Martin Jr. UC.
