FSF has exactly three employees- Stallman, one full time programmer and a secretary. They are looking to hire a part time programmer this fall. With that kind of staff, it's astounding that Stallman gets as much done as he does, and that it is of any quality at all. Additionally, Stallman prefers using machines with larger address spaces because they're easier to program. This is understandable, since it allows him to concentrate his time on things other than trying to reduce the size of things to fit in 640K.
