I was looking through $UAFDEF and noticed that it talked about subaccounts.
Does anyone have any clue as to what these mysterious things are -- they
seem like they might make nice project accounts if VMS actually uses them
for anything.

P.S.  I would check the system services manual to see if they had a list of the
things in $UAFDEF, but mine is for V4.2.
